What you can expect from Kaak Group during COVID-19?

We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic everyone is facing, has a considerable impact on society and your company. The Kaak Group is committed to communicating with transparency about what we can do for you during this period. As of Wednesday, March 19th:

At this time we are doing our best to continue working conform project agreements, delivery times of parts and service. However, these extraordinary times may also limit us in traveling due to governmental regulations, or delays may occur in our supply chain that we do not control. Nonetheless, we will do everything in our power to be of service to our customers during these times.
Health and safety of our employees and yours is our main priority. To safeguard our employees we follow the regulations and recommendations from the RIVM (Dutch National Health Authorities). When we visit customers on-site we discuss the regulations with you and the regulations you have implemented on site.
Area managers remain available for any remote or limited on-site visits to your facility to discuss ongoing or new projects.
Within the Kaak Group we have taken thorough measures. Resulting in that we can safely continue with our engineering and production processes, for now.
The Kaak Group Service team is globally available via the Kaak Group Service portal: service.kaakgroup.com, where you can easily create a ticket with your service question. Our service teams are ready to answer your questions, quote requests and more.
On the Kaak Group Service portal you can continue ordering spare parts, more than 170.000 parts are made available to you in these critical times. We do our best to deliver as fast possible, this is subject to the day to day changes we experiences in delivery possibilities.
The 24/7 Emergency Line (https://service.kaakgroup.com/en/24-7-emergency-line) is continuously available for all customers who require urgent assistance. Our specialized engineers are ready to assist you via remote access, and where needed on-site assistance can be discussed (depending on the situation that may vary from day to day).
With daily changes in the situation we aim to keep you informed, and we will update our customers when the above should change.
