Oven loaders/ unloaders
The design of the Oven Loader depends on the type of oven. For loading a row of loaves in a tunnel oven, for example, an oven-wide pusher is used, whereas loading individual pieces of dough on the conveyor belt of a multilevel oven is something completely different.
Kaak can design a highly reliable customised machine that can be fully integrated into the oven’s control system based on the customer’s requirements, the product and the type of oven.
Reject unit
A small but important part of an industrial baking line is the Bread-In-Pan Reject Unit, which is a device that automatically rejects pieces of bread that do not meet specifications. It is located behind the depanner.
If bread has not been removed from the form for any reason, that form is moved to a short conveyor belt. When there are a number of shapes on this conveyor belt, the operator receives a signal to manually remove the remaining bread and to feed the empty forms back into the line.
Depanners
Kaak has a wide range of solutions to remove freshly baked, hot and delicate products from product carriers (pans, trays, etc.). Kaak has a suitable solution for every type of product and every baking form.
