Benier Service Box; the digital service manual
The delivery of all stand-alone machinery includes our digital service manual and first-aid kit. The Digital Service Manual, which is tailor-made for your equipment, contains important information about operating, cleaning and maintenance procedures. you can also use our manual to train your staff, because it shows you how to use and maintain your equipment by means of movies and pictures. It will help you take care of your installation, resulting in a longer lifespan and less downtime.
Benier Service & Support can provide you with extensive training at our facility or on-site to prepare your staff. The focus of the training lies on the machine functions, product changes, problem solving, cleaning and preventive maintenance. This training can be adapted to your special demands.
