Benier manufactures a range of Mechanical Dough Developers (MDD). The kneading can take place under controlled vacuum or pressure.

Due to the shape of its bowl and the impacte plate the Benier Mixers produces a fully developed dough. The dough is ready for further processing in a short period of time, with limited heat rise.
