DrieM was founded in 2009 by dough-sheeting specialists to produce artisanal bread lines. DrieM is specialized in dough sheeting technology and active within the bakery industry.

An important industry trend is towards artisanal breads such as ciabatta or focaccia with a higher added value compared to traditional types of bread.
In its recent years DrieM has developed reference lines which are the base of our product range.
