Kaak FPS Pan Elevator
When baking pans have to be elevated (or lowered) over several metres of height difference, Kaak FPS often includes a Multi-Step pan elevator in the system.
The pans are fed into the elevator by means of a pusher and then slid onto an L-shape carrier attached to vertical chains. After each pan insert, the lift chain makes an upward step. This process repeats until the first pan has reached the top level, where it can be pushed out of the elevator.
When totally enclosed in stainless steel plating and provided with ventilators, the elevator can also act as a pan cooling system.
