Kaak FPS Pan Buffer
To achieve balanced, high efficiency in an industrial baking line, the Pan Buffer is an important tool. Just like cars producing traffic queues in heavy traffic, fast-running bread pans can also cause a line to run irregularly.
An often-used buffer concept is the vertical Multi-Step pan elevator. At times when the dough department cannot handle all the empty pans, those pans are fed into the elevator by means of a pusher and then slid onto an L-shape carrier attached to vertical chains. After each pan insert, the lift chain makes an upward step. When the dough department needs more empty pans than the oven discharge is supplying, the pan buffer will then empty stepwise.
