Driem DrieMflex ejecting, degassing and pre-rolling

The DrieMflex is used for ejecting, degassing and pre-rolling the dough pieces.

This unit has a calibration roller for degassing dough pieces before these are rolled. Pre-rolling mats roll up the dough pieces.

There is also a push-out function for the rework dough for the cut (omega) baguettes.
