An unforeseen production standstill must be limited to the shortest possible time, of course. That’s why our Kaak service department is available for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support can be provided by telephone, e-mail, modem or, as necessary, by means of a personal visit.
Nowadays, when production lines are being run almost completely automatically, modem connections between Kaak and the customers can be used very well to locate the cause of a production standstill. This can save significant amounts of time when compared to a personal visit by a Kaak service engineer.
Regular and sufficient maintenance, along with proper operation of the line, allow you to avoid technical problems as much as possible. Your staff receives accurate instructions during the commissioning phase and we provide you with a clear and detailed manual.
